Your order data

To process an order, we collect the recipient’s full name, email, international phone number, country, postal code, city, region, street and building number. Include an apartment, floor or company if needed for delivery. These details are used to confirm your order, calculate shipping, prepare the shipment and contact you.

Your confirmed address is stored in a private order database. Only your artwork selection is saved in browser local storage; your address, phone number and email are not. Your personal link provides access to your order and meditations. Do not share it.

Your chosen language is saved in the art_language cookie for one year. This preference contains only the language code EN or RU and does not grant access to your order.

Address suggestions

When Google Maps address search is available, your search text and selected country are sent to Google for suggestions. Selecting a suggestion fills the address fields. Check the building, apartment and postal code before confirming. You can also enter the address manually. Only the address you confirm is stored; search responses and coordinates are not saved. Data shared for delivery

When a shipment is created, recipient details and the address are sent to DHL Express. Staff preparing the shipment can access the shipping label and required documents. Print suppliers receive only the files and information needed for production. Customers do not receive files for printing the artwork themselves.

DHL uses address and packaging details to check rates. A Google address suggestion does not guarantee DHL delivery. Availability, timing, final cost and import tax terms are confirmed before payment.

This form does not collect passport or payment card details. If the carrier requires further customs information for a specific route, the seller will confirm what is needed and how to provide it securely.

This international shop ships from Spain. Orders within Russia will be handled in a separate shop. Before paid sales begin, the seller must provide their business details, a data privacy contact, retention and deletion periods, return terms and the final privacy policy. Online payment is not connected yet.
